TipToe your way to Another Great AppleVis Giveaway

Update: all of the promo codes have now been claimed and emailed to the lucky winners. We hope that you all enjoy the app!

We are extremely pleased to be able to offer another great giveaway.

This time we have a number of promo codes on offer for TipToe, an iOS app that was created to make web search easier whilst on the go.

Instead of using the built-in search of Safari, you can just search the web from TipToe, with a few advantages: it should remove all aggregated results of server farms, and the interface is free of ads. The web browser lets you go through the list of results quickly and efficiently. This clearly has added value to those of us who use VoiceOver, as it reduces the amount of unwanted clutter that we have to swipe through!

One more point: TipToe does NOT track your searches, and respects your privacy.

These codes have been very kindly passed to us by one of our community, who contacted the developer about accessibility issues. These have now been addressed - apparently the developer even went as far as testing the app whilst blindfolded!

Once again, we have another example of a developer who has responded positively to a request for improved VoiceOver support. Full credit to them, and for the user who took the time to report the problems.

If you would like one of these codes, simply add a comment below.

Hello.
Although I've taken a part in the Twitterrificgiveaway I decided to give this competition a go.
Now time to begin my fairytale the way many are beginning already: "If I'll be elected..."

#15 This sounds great!

A less cluttered search interface and result list is perfect for VO users.

I could see this app actually making me useful to my wife when she needs a search done for her when we're on the go. I have been up to now frustrated with having to flick search through google just to find something worthwhile.
