This app is still generally accessible, but in this latest version, Voiceover reads just about every entry as two separate elements, so you need to flick twice until you see the next entry. The app is still usable, but this duplication is a bit awkward. I've seen this in a lot of apps, and I don't know why this is happening, but there it is. The developer is fully aware of this, but needs some additional funds to address this issue.
