Description

When a Focus mode is enabled an indicator is displayed in the Status Bar. When using VoiceOver, this indicator can only be located by touch. It is not located by VoiceOver if you flick to move VoiceOver focus through the UI elements in the Status Bar.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Ensure that VoiceOver is enabled.
  2. Turn on a Focus mode.

A visual indicator will now be active in the Status Bar to show that a Focus mode is enabled.

  1. Place VoiceOver focus on to the Status Bar.
  2. Flick left and or right repeatedly with 1-finger to move focus through all UI elements in the Status Bar.

You should find that the Focus mode indicator is not located.

  1. Slide your finger across the area of the screen that contains the Status Bar.

You should find that the Focus mode indicator is one of the UI elements that will be located.

Note that if you locate the Focus mode indicator by touch, you can then flick either left or right with 1-finger to move VoiceOver focus to another UI element in the Status Bar.
