macOS and Mac Apps

Hi
I have an thing called Loopback that I used on my computer about 3 or 4 months ago, however I have deleted the app but when I play sound it always trys to play it through Loopback even though I don't have the app anymore. I have gone into the Macintosh HD library and then extensions and there is nothing that says anything like Loopback. Could anyone help me delete it.
Thanks

These are the instructions from the developer:

1. If necessary, download Loopback again through this link: https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/download.php
2. Launch Loopback, and choose the “Uninstall…” command from the Loopback menu.
3. Follow the prompts to uninstall Loopback then quit the application when finished.
4. Now, to finish removing Loopback, place the Loopback application in the Trash and empty it.
