I am wonding to be a monthly doner to Club Applevis. I checked one of the amounts listed, then went to the donate now liink. instead of being presentewd with the usual paypal checkout option where I can select my payment method and review my purchase, then finally select the pay now button, there3 are two empty tables and not the options I am supposed to get. I just purchased blind quest, the enchanted cassle through paypal and it worked fine. What is going on with club applevis?

Current accessibility issues with PayPal
Hello Daniel,
Firstly, thank you for wanting to help support our community by joining Club AppleVis.
Now, after spending some rather frustrating time on the PayPal website, comes a big “sigh” from me.
As you say, if you attempt to create a recurring donation on Mac, the page on the PayPal website which processes the donations contains two tables which VoiceOver reports as being empty, and has no immediately obvious way of completing the donation.
the donation details and button to process the donation are actually visually displayed in those tables. If you interact with the tables, VoiceOver still treats them as empty.
However, with QuickNav disabled, you can locate the details of your donation and the button to proceed if you navigate with the arrow keys.
On iOS, you may need to locate the contents of the tables by touch, as my experience was that the tables were not handled as expected when swiping through the page.
Note that if you attempt to make a single donation, then you are taken to a PayPal page which is accessible with VoiceOver.
So, this appears to be an issue specific to the page that PayPal uses to process recurring payments.
I am assuming that PayPal has made some recent changes to this page which have introduced these problems, as I have previously tested it for problems and others have been able to set up recurring donations in the past.
I have just reported this issue to PayPal and hope that they will address it promptly. However, considering some of the issues I encountered when trying to report the problem, it does appear that PayPal is not as on top of web accessibility as you would expect or want.
I will explore if there is anything that we can do at this end to get around this problem, but my early investigations suggest that this page is the primary gateway for setting up recurring PayPal payments.
I have previously investigated other services such as Patreon for processing donations, but at the time all appeared to have accessibility issues of their own or be too restrictive in other areas. It seems like it might be time to revisit other options.
Empty Tables
I am able to navigate the tables in question with just the arrow keys. Enter or space will activate a button or link.

any other way to donate besides paypal?
I have tried paypal in the past, using a computer, and it has been a nightmare.
Why can't we just use a credit card such as visa, discover, etc?
Thank you.
