Accessibility Comments

This App is accessible for the most part. Everything appears to be accessible except when you go to the Bill Payment and Transfer tabs. When you select the "Bill Payment" tab, a menu appears with two options which seem to have incorrectly labeled buttons and a Cancel button... the first button is "Pay Bills", and the second button is "View or Cancel Pending Payments". When you select the "Transfer" tab, a menu also appears with three options which likewise have incorrectly labeled buttons and a Cancel button... the first button is "Transfer", the second button is "INTERAC E-Transfer", and the third button is "Pending INTERAC E-Transfers". There appears to be no accessibility issues once you have made your choice from those two menus. This appears to be the only accessibility issue that I have found... please read the "Other Comments" section for more information.

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.


There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

Other Comments

I do not have a TD Waterhouse account, so I am not sure if there are any accessibility issues to report. Another thing I would like to add... you can not add payees to pay bills or to send money via INTERAC E-Transfer. If you want to add a payee to your account so you can pay a bill or send someone money via INTERAC E-Transfer with the App, then you will need to log into your Easy Web account via your computers web browser.
