Description of App
Café Formula is a dynamic game for people who love to make food and manage their own cafe. You are the manager of a small virtual sandwich cafe.
After choosing a character you have to prepare orders using order's visual representation on the left side of the screen. Choose compatible ingredients and drag and drop them into compatible square cells.
Hurry up! You have less than a minute to fulfil an order and make a sandwich with dressing and a drink. There are only 4 parts in each order but it is important not to mess up ingredients and place each ingredient in the right square cell!
For instance - the chosen drink should go to the last cell.
Each correct order should award you tips for which you can purchase items for the Dining room, the Kitchen and the Office.
When any of the interior scenes is fully completed another Game Center achievement would be reached.
When the player taps on the yellow coin in any of the rooms: Dining Room, Kitchen and Office the new screen is opened with the options to purchase game points (tips). The current game score will be updated with purchased tips amount. In addition ads will not be displayed in the game.

X2Line have an excellent record on accessibility and, as far as is possible, this holds true. In everything except the main game tab it's exactly as you'd expect, very easily navigable. Even on the main tab everything readable can be read with Voiceover. Unfortunately this is of small use as the timed part of the game is graphics based. It is not that it is unlabelled, there is absolutely no indication that anything is there at all, so there is no possibility of working around accessibility issues with VO turned off and I did try hard, as this is the kind of game I'd love to be able to play. It's a shame, but understandable, it's notoriously difficult to find playable graphics based games of this kind.
I don't see this app becoming accessible. Labeling the graphics, disabling drag and drop and letting us tap things into squares, doable maybe, but finding everything in way under a minute on such a crowded screen? Hmm, I wouldn't like to try it. Smile.
