Accessibility Comments:
As it says, fully accessible. If you have VoiceOver hints on, the buttons all have hints which explain clearly what type of questions are in each category or how the game modes work. For the actual game, it works exactly how the description says. You just either swipe up for true or down for false.

In classic mode, answer as many questions correctly as you can in 1 minute. In rush mode, the more questions you answer correctly, the longer the game. I only started playing rush mode today, even though I downloaded this game a few weeks ago, and prefer this over classic mode.
