There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.
Other Comments
You might think this game would be really hard to play with VoiceOver because you'd have to keep checking the timer and move your focus back to the button to hit it. However, you don't need to check the timer at all as it makes a beep every second, and there are other sounds that tell you if you missed the mark, nearly got it and got 4 seconds exactly which is also accompanied by a vibration.
When you start a new game, you press the button once to start the timer, then after you press it again you can explore the screen to see exactly when you stopped it and what your score is. Personally, I just ended up turning VoiceOver off after a few games to be able to hit the button faster. I must say this game is really addictive!

Accessibility Comments
There are 2 unlabeled controls that I found. The first is the last button in the main menu, which toggles sound on and off. You'll never want to turn the sound off if you're playing with VO. The second is the button you need to hit to stop the timer while in the game, but seeing it's quite large and the only thing on the screen apart from the timer itself that shouldn't be too much of a problem. The other buttons are all labeled.
