is it only for traffic light?
well, is it only for recognize traffic light?
or it can help us to know more things around.
i hope it can be helping us to play video games on PC or any gaming console
As far as I know it's just for trafic lights.
We're not able to play games with AI, yet.
Gave the app a test run
Went on a walk today and made two street crossings at lighted intersections. This app worked as advertised both times.
There appears to be about a one second lag from when the light changes to when the app switches haptics. I find that to be remarkably fast, much better than relying on the sounds of traffic alone. The lights in my area have an annoying tendency to take forever to change after hitting the button, and they also like to change when there are no cars around, making the crossing more difficult than it should be.
Works Great for me
This app does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Thanks to the developers for this one.
Is this in uk

OKO Has Been Updated ... Now Requiring a Subscription
You read that right. This app now requires a subscription. You get 14 days free and then it is $4.99/month or, I believe, $29.99/year. Speaking for myself, given the right circumstances, this could be a worthwhile subscription. The ability to use AI to read traffic signals and notify when to cross is simply an awesome feature. However, when I try to use Oko for directions, as soon as I hit start route, the app crashes, each and every time. Therefore, the fact that they are asking me to shell out a minimum of $5.00/month for an app that has one working feature and one clearly broken one is ridiculous. Your mileage may very, but for now, this app is not worthy of my money. And yes, I have notified Oko of my issue. And to think I wrote in a nomination for this app for a golden apple award. Who knew!
Removed Oko for the time being
The subject line says it all. As much as I understand why developers want us to sign up for subscription plans, I can't shell out money for X or Y app every month or year. I'd be willing to purchase X or Y and be done with a one-time payment. Oko was amazing as far as alerting me for traffic lights are concerned, but there's room for improvement otherwise.
not worth the subscription
When one of your two features are broke it seems the wrong time to charge for it. I also can't afford it every year and if it worked proper I would consider a one off subscription.
Great to see this app available in Australia now.
