This app is completely accessible. Another thing worth pointing out when you chat on the website there is a settings you can have a sound played when your chatting with them so you know when a new message arrives. not only that on their accessibility statement they give an email address should you find issues. see link below.

For as long as I can remember, the time display has been warped with the AppleVis website.
