App Store Description: Megabus USA is the only official app for tracking of your next Megabus trip. Enter the details of your trip to find your Megabus departure time. Stop directions are provided for each City serviced to ensure you're at the correct location awaiting your Megabus. The app can save multiple trips scheduled for today or weeks in advance. Megabus USA is all you'll need to ensure smooth travel on your next Megabus trip. This app presently supports Megabus Midwest, East South Atlantic, Northeast, Texas, and California.

Using this App on an iPhone 4S running IOS 7.0.3, I was easily able to locate and review schedules, select departure and destination locations, choose dates from an accessible calendar and make my payment all from within the App. The only speed bumps I encountered were a few mislabeled buttons, but even those were easily deciphered because they at least had graphic text associated with them that gave a good clue as to their function.
VoiceOver reads all page elements.
Most buttons are clearly labeled.
There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.
As is the case with many transit Apps, this one is largely a front end for their mobile website. This one is handled by a third-party called "usable net" and I found Support and/or feedback are possible through the App by selecting "Buy Tickets" / Help & Feedback. There you will find links to call or email Megabus and there is a contact form to provide feedback or ask questions of usablenet.

In using this app I can say it is accessible, except when the pickers come in to effect. they loose focus except when you are using the voice memos app or another recording app. I really don't know why but try it yourself. I have a podcast coming out at http://tffppodcast.com/feed/tffp on the app soon I di book a trip,but if there are any notes like needs assistance on and off the bus due to a disability I didn't see a way to enter that info. I had to call and amend my reservation for $1.50. Take care and thoughts?
Hi Sarah -- I do not have any picker issues in the Megabus App version 1.3.0 on my ATT iPhone 4S running IOS 7.0.3. I've seen plenty of the picker issues as you mention that seem to be plaguing some other Apps, so was pleasantly surprised that they work flawlessly for me in this App. Regarding an option to request assistance getting on/off the bus, I see there is an option on their main website for this, so maybe sending them a feature request might prompt them to carry the option forward into the App/mobile site.
