How is the Accessibility of this app today?
How was the Accessibility of this app today? Are people able to use it properly? Does it work properly with voiceover?
The accessibility has improved but it can still bite you in the
Hi. I have been a long-time user of visible mobile. I mostly use it on my pixel devices. The reason for that is the Android version has noticeably better accessibility. The iOS version has improved, but my recent attempt to migrate my esim back to my iPhone 17 pro failed badly. There are still parts of the app that have significant accessibilities on iOS that are not a problem on Android for basic functions. You will be fine, but be careful.
A key point to remember with visible it is strictly online support. You cannot contact a human by voice until recently. You could not engage in a chat session with customer support on the IOS app, but I've always been able to do that on Android. The iOS 27 beta along with updates to visible have corrected the chat function so it is now possible. Once again though, you will run into problems with authentication codes, some areas where you get into dialogue so things aren't labeled for basic functions. You won't find that, but if you're trying to do anything more advanced like transferring service back and forth it can hurt you. I have been successful doing it in the past but that was mostly luck
