Accessibility Comments

All of the text-based weather information in this app is perfectly accessible. It's displayed as a list, which VoiceOver reads exactly as it appears. This is the most straightforward weather app I've found in three years of owning an iPhone.

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

All buttons are clearly labeled.

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

Version 3.2 was released recently, and this app is still very accessible and easy to use. "What's New in Version 3.2 Added local ultraviolet index to the current weather conditions. Increased the maximum number of stored locations."

As of yesterday (6/3), I could not find this app in the app store. I whent to their website, and they had to submit an update to Apple because NOAA made some site changes. I hope they make a payed app that offers alerts, sunrise/sunset times, and the forecast discussion, since it seems like Weather Alert USA is done for. There isn't an app as good as that one.

This new update has corrected the problem it had with the NOAA website. Plus, it has returned in to the AppStore.

What's New in Version 3.2.1

Updated "Current Conditions" and 7-day forecast screens to match new NWS data format.

Good news and bad news. The bad news is that they have formated the layout a bit differently. So you will have to flick around a bit more than you had in the past. That is unfortunate because that is why I liked about it before. It would just read it as a whole instead of having to do so many swiping to get your forcast and such. The good news is that it no longer refreshes on you while you are reading your detailed forcast. Before it would be refreshing and you would end up at the top of the page each time it did this. What's New in Version 3.5 Animated radar display. Code updates and improvement.

Hello Isaac, Version 3.6 shows as being available in the app store now. You might try closing the app store in app switcher and reopening it. Regards, Michael
