Accessibility Comments: 

The "preference" panel does have a couple of unlabeled buttons but this defect is tolerable consider how useful the app is otherwise. If you're a Mac user, you should absolutely have it!

Usability: 

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.
