Apple has today released macOS Sequoia 15.4, watchOS 11.4, tvOS 18.4, and HomePod Software 18.4 to the public.

Changes for VoiceOver and Braille Users
Our experience is that the following accessibility bug has been resolved in macOS Sequoia 15.4:
Also, while it is not something we were able to test, community reports indicate that VoiceOver navigation of collections in Apple Music is more reliable.
We are additionally aware of the following accessibility changes:
- macOS Sequoia 15.4: VoiceOver no longer announces "Writing tools in action menu" or plays the accompanying sound when selecting text.
- macOS Sequoia 15.4: The Escape key once again works to dismiss the Dock.
- macOS Sequoia 15.4: According to Apple's release notes, an issue was resolved with braille displays possibly showing an incorrect line when navigating with Left or Right Arrow keys.
- watchOS 11.4: The two-finger double-tap-and-hold gesture, used to adjust volume, now adjusts all system volume (including VoiceOver).
If you notice any further changes, improvements, or regressions in your use of any of these releases, please post a comment below with your findings.

Comments
Voiceover bug fixes are included in apple's release notes...
that's something we don't see much but I love when it happens...
So these are in the update…
So these are in the update page only right not anywhere on the website? Yes it's cool. Overall very stable update so far if rc 1 and rc 2 which has the same build number as the stable one are the same in terms of accessibility.
Unable to find WatchOS update
Hi guys, I can't seem to find WatchOS 11.4 update, and so other friends living here in Italy. Does anyone know if it has been retired or something?

Bug Fixed
The bug I described in the below link has been fixed. I reported it to the Accessibility Team and they replied they are aware of the issue. Now the great news they have fixed it.

It does not seem that the bug is fixed. I have no idea how to delete my comment.
SOrry again!
watchOS 11.4 Update No Longer Available For Now
Hi Michele, it appears that though the watchOS 11.4 update was initially posted, it was subsequently pulled by Apple. I would expect it to be re-released in the next few days. Sorry for the confusion in our original post.
PyCharm popup menu bug fixed
Sequoia introduced a bug in PyCharm that made it almost impossible to use a lot of the popup menus. From a very quick play, this latest update appears to have fixed it. Oh please let it be so!!!
Optimistic
I'll update later today. Too much other stuff on my to do list.
Thanks Michael
Allright, I'd like to thank Michael for his answer. Yesterday I did not upgrade iOS and MacOs instantly when they made them available, since I was busy with my chorus. I updated MacOS today with no problems. We'll see what happens with WatchOs.

WatchOS 11.4 released
Hello all,
For those of you that were trying to download this update yesterday, apple has released the update today. Feel free to check for updates.
Two serious bugs remain
I still have problems when using the read next and read previous paragraph commands. When they encounter short paragraphs, the commands refuse to read anything, as if they've reached the end of the document. When I filed this feedback case, I supplied a reproducer RTF file that demonstrates the issue in TextEdit. Not sure why Apple can't find the time to fix this one.
The other is our friend, the VO+U web rotor. When set to headings, the web rotor menu announces the heading level before the heading name. It does this regardless of the setting of custom verbosity. I believe this issue was introduced in MacOS 14, so it's been around for a while.
Where can I read the release…
Where can I read the release note myself for macos? There doesn't seem to be anything online aside this very page to read about the braille bug correction.
Generally speaking, for me it's the first time seeing Apple talk about accessibility bugs solved in their release notes so hopefully it's a good sign for the future.
