Scott, one of our Editorial Team, talks about the AppleVis web site on the latest podcast from Accessible Devices.

This podcast is always entertaining listening, and Scott does an excellent job of adding to the usual mood of irreverence, whilst still managing to talk about some of the things that we are trying to do with this site.

Considering how much its release has been anticipated, it should come as no surprise that BrailleTouch is our choice for January.

Fleksy - Happy Typing has broken all records to become the latest inductee into our iOS App Hall of Fame.

It's 50% share of the vote was more than double that of its closest challenger. This should perhaps be no surprise for an app that has been variously described as "revolutionary", "ground-breaking", "amazing", "awesome" and "a game changer".

Well, as this is my first post to the AppleVis blog, I just want to say a big hello to all readers and website admins. It's a great honor to be blogging here. For more than seven years I've been using Symbian handsets and alpha-testing its screen readers and applications. I also used to write a Symbian-related blog titled "MobileSpace."
