Description
When using Apple AirPods (confirmed with the 2nd generation), the Voiceover rotor contains an audio destination option which does nothing when being interacted with.

Steps to reproduce
1. Make sure that audio destination is selected in Voiceover's rotor settings.
2. Connect your AirPods.
Flick through the available rotor options. You will notice that the audio destination option is present, however swiping up or down will not affect audio in any way.
The option should either remain unavailable with AirPods, or it should correctly switch where the audio is going through.
