Description
On occasions, audio will begin to break up and "crackle (this has been seen with the device's internal speaker, and when playing audio through a connected speaker or headset)." We have found that toggling VoiceOver off and back on again will typically resolve this issue.

I'm seeing this too
I've encountered this with the native Music app, as well as the BARD Mobile app. Occurs with internal speaker, connected headphones, and Bluetooth speakers. I'm using an iPhone SE.
The issue seems to occur about 5 seconds after the start of media playback, and lasts just a couple seconds, very brief.
