The ‘Delete’ action in the VoiceOver Rotor does not work in the Mini Player of the Music app

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the native Music app and start playing an album or playlist.
2. Double-tap on the screen element to open the Mini Player.
3. Place VoiceOver focus on any track listed in the ‘Up Next’ list.
4. Flick up or down with 1 finger until VoiceOver says “Delete”.
5. Double tap with 1 finger.

At this point you would expect the selected track to be deleted from the list. It is not. Nothing happens.
