This bug makes it so that a user cannot edit text efectively using the Monarch on iOS

Steps to reproduce
Type some text into a text field. Then, pick a place you wish the cursor to go. Now, hold a finger on that cell and press the button 2 times that is located between dots 1 and 4. This effectively routes the cursor on internal applications as well as some other screen readers, but not VoiceOver
