Description
When viewing a list of articles in the native News app, there are situations in which VoiceOver does not correctly report those articles which have already been read.
Specifically, if you read an article and then return back to the list, VoiceOver will report that it is “Unread” when you place focus on it in the list.
For articles on the ‘For You’ tab, you typically need to close the app via the App Switcher before VoiceOver will no longer report read articles as unread.
On the ‘Favorites’ tab, returning to the first screen on this tab (the one that displays a list of all of your channels and topics) appears to update the Read/Unread flags for each channel/topic.
