iPhone 7, iOS v10.1+: "incoming call" is saying each time the call is made.

Hi, I have a 6s and I get exactly the same issue everytime I make a call. It is quite annoying as sometimes it says this on incoming calls and is loud in your ear so you can't hear what is being said to you.
I have encountered this one too.
I have the SE and have encountered this one when calling someone in my contacts.
