In Safari, focus sometimes gets stuck in text fields. Whether control-option or caps lock are used as modifiers, pressing vo-left or right produces no response or may just move by word in the field. Tab is the only way to get focus out of a text field and moving along the page again. This seems to happen randomly, but *may* be more common with multi-line fields.
