Transferring Contacts from Nokia to Iphone 5C

Hi all,

Could you please advise me how to transfer my contacts from Nokia to Iphone 5C? I have googled and found out the tool called Wondershare Mobile Trans, but it seems not accessible for screen reader users. I wonder if there is another friendly tool?

Hello,
If you are in U.S. and use Verizon or AT&T,it's fairly easy. Verizon has Backup Assistant App. AT&T has Mobile Transfer App.
