I am having a problem with voice over, when I want to search for something on my I phone, it keeps saying character when I enter a search field, is their a way I can turn this off please?
Hi tolga. Just because it says character mode, doesn't mean you will hear every character. It's just what it says, typing normally should be fine, so if your typing feedback is set to say words, you'll still hear words not every letter. Hth
When you hear character mode, this says what you'll see when you flick up and down with one finger in that edit text area. if it's set to characters, you'll move character. If it's set to words, you'll move word by word, and so on. It's actually quite helpful
