I am trying to locate an iPhone or Apple watch app that will track my heart rate during exercise and let me know when my heart rate is in a certain range. I need to be able to set the range myself.
Right now, I am using a blue tooth heart monitor connected to my apple watch while I use the Workout app. Unfortunately, I have to check the heart rate constantly if I want to monitor it. I would really like a way to tell my iPhone or Apple watch the range I want for heart rate and have it automatically notify me via sound or vibration when I'm in that range or when I am outside that range.
