I wonder if that means Voice Vista will make an appearance at some point?

I'm not an android user but you guys need more map apps, from what I remember, there aren't many aimed at the blind.

Personally I think VoiceVista is not necessary.
Actually VoiceVista is a modification of SoundScape app, and just to remember more doesn't always mean better.
When Microsoft developer SoundScape years ago, their ideology was in mind for advance users, and what I have seen VoiceVista has added so many thinks that sometimes becomes a chaos for many users.

I'm just happy to see more navigation-based apps appear on Android, as I still plan on switching over by next year. 🙂

I heard during this week from a very reliable source.
that there's an existing app that's going to improve a lot of new features and even change app name in the next update.
It's coming next month.
stay tune.

After trying both of these applications, Soundscape on Android and Seeing Assistant Go on Android, Seeing Assistant Go, is a better app in my opinion.
Soundscape's layout just feels a bit clunky, and less stable. Given this is first release, they might improve it over the time. But, as of now, give Seeing Assistant Go a try.

, which you can find among thy Play Store right over here I should note by the way, Nearby Explorer Online for Android, still exists! Granted it was last updated the 30th of July 2020, but yeah, it's still around!

What does Nearby Explorer do, and does anyone remember Intersection Explorer? It would have been from like, a decade ago, but was an amazing app, for what it was.
To sum it up, it was a basic and accessible street map. A relatively recent Apple Maps update gave Apple similar functionality, but ironically Android had it first. I really liked that app back in the day and would love a future app with similar functionality. 🙂
