hi. was wondering, can I develop for the iphone, ipad, using windows 7 or 8. if so, as I do not have any devices. so. was wondering, can I use some thing, like x code for windows, as I have never used voice over, or owned a device. going to enroll in a programming course, and they do mobile development, android and ios. so, maybe some thing like visual studio, eclipse, could help me out. is this possible. if I need to learn voice over, and for the ipad, iphone, are there audio demos, I can listen to. thanks. marvin. ps: I have the apple vis pod cast feed in a podcatcher called sharp reader, htttp://www.sharpreader.net. and works nicely with jaws, windows 7.

Not Really
No, not really. There are some cross-platform options, but it's far easier to just use a Mac, and Xcode, from the start. Google can tell you more about any cross-platform options there might be, but don't count on accessibility for any of them. Plus, with the Swift language poised to take the Apple developer world by storm, and Swift only being available on the Mac, you'd miss out on the newest and (they say) fastest way to develop apps.
