Toolbar on the Canvas of xCode 8.0 is not accessible to VoiceOver Users

Hi all,

I'm a VoiceOver user. When editing xib files in Interface Builder of xCode 8.0, I cannot get to the toolbar at the bottom righthand corner of the canvas. That is the toolbar with the tools like align, pin, and etc. Do anyone of you have any ways to get around this problem?
