Apple Beta Releases
Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Siri not responding after first question
16 pro max, iOS 18.4, RC. Noticed that Siri does not respond after she answer my question, before I could ask another question. Not even when I say thanks. Hope with more time she be back to iOS 18.3.2 regarding this issue for me.
This is apple beta releases…
This is apple beta releases usually.
Was gonna say the same thing.
Even though it’s the RC, I think this should be moved to beta releases.
moved
sorry that was my error.
Adding contact information
Way back last June, WWDC promised us that if someone texted or emailed us contact information, we'd be able to tell SIRI to "add that to their contacts".
I'm not on the beta, I'm on iOS 18.3. Someone just texted me their email address. I tried a couple of different ways to get SIRI to add that email to the sender's contacts. No way.
Does anyone see this feature working in the 18.4 beta, or is this still vaporware?
not yet available
This was going to be part of the features for Siri that are delayed.
Mail Issues in iOS Still Present
Apple have been monkeying with Mail on iOS recently, and while it does seem like they've solved some pretty annoying issues with push delivery, they've also broken the Messages rotor and message previews, to the point that they're no longer dependable. Workaround if you want to use Apple Intelligence is to just flick past affected messages until you pass the banner stating how many new messages are in the thread, then the rotor works again. Or you can do what I did, turn off AI entirely, and now it's fine again.
It's also annoying that there's still no option to disable announcement of list item indexes. That's verbosity we shouldn't have to endure if we don't need it IMO.
Keep on badgering …
Maybe I was wrong but it…
Maybe I was wrong but it seems that the issue with the text field of the save dialog when downloading from safari is still present on macos 15.4 RC.
Happened twice now
Ok well since the RC of iOS 18.4 my phone has randomly and literally for no reason locked itself. Not sure if relevant but both times it has happened when scrolling through facebook posts. All of a sudden I'm back to the locked screen. Never happened ever before on any iOS release. iPhone 15 pro.
I've seen something similar in iOS 10
I would be watching a YT video, and because I didn't have premium back then, the device would lock, stopping my video. I would also see this when navigating around apps where I would suddenly hear the lock sound.
Youtube app is again…
Youtube app is again crashing frequently with the beta previous to the rc and this current one on my iphone 14, youtube premium. Especially when posting comments.
The keyboard randomly stop working so with the virtual keyboard we can swipe on the letters and hear them but no spoken feedback, meaning that with bsi in ios 18 we only have the haptic feedbacks. Happens randomly, restarting VO fixes the issue.
The worst one is when the apps are shown on screen but voiceover doesn't detect anything after x or y event has happened and restarting VO works but the best is to restart the iphone altogether.
I really want to file feedbacks for these bugs but it's literally impossible to reproduce those issues... Need some guidance on how to do this properly, otherwise I really don't see the point of the feedback system?
And macos with VO is the king of unreproducible bugs that are severely annoying.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I would update to the RC.
The RC fixed some issues I was having in some apps where some UI controls would not show up. I would try updating to the RC if still on beta 4.
