Hello Applevis!
So I decided to opt again in the beta cycle as we are near rc release. After updating to Macos 14.5 beta 4 as of may 3rd 2024, I notice the following very small fix.
Specifically, at least on this website, the subject field is again accessible with arrow keys for character / word when reading or writing. As far as I know this is not a fix from applevis itself because I couldn't navigate on 14.4.1 like I can now.
The vo-j command is still the same, monaco editor is still broken and most of the bugs are still there. But the safari slugishness seems to be gone, because on the comunism wikipedia page I was able to navigate fluently at the beginning and the end of the page with voiceover. However it's been just two hours of testing since the update yesterday night.
We are near rc anyway so those who can just opt in beta and re report your bugs. I don't have time as it's my final period but those who can.. :)
You can let us know any further changes you've noticed below, or just wait a couple of days/weeks until rc release.
Thanks a lot!

Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.
