unable to change an account type on latest MacOS Sequoia beta

Hi,

I'm trying to create a new account on MacOS as my current admin profile seems to be corrupted. I can create the account, but trying to change the account type is proving problematic. I can tab to the options with VoiceOver, but pressing VO + space only takes me out of the show details dialog without changing anything. Am I doing something wrong or is this something specific to Sequoia?
