posting for responses from other owners of the JBL boombox three speaker. I have used JBL charge speakers in the past and have been able to accessibly read the battery status through the JBL connect app, I believe this has changed in name to JBL portable. When I look at the boombox three speaker, I see an accessible way to change the EQ settings, as well as update the firmware, and device information, but unfortunately am not finding an accessible way to read battery status. unfortunately, battery status does not show in the Apple iOS battery widgets where the phone battery, AirPods and other batteries may show. Anybody else have a better way? Does anybody know where the actual battery lead indicators are on the speaker and if we can use an app such as Be My Eyes to read these? Thank you for any thoughts from owners.
