Transparency mode issue while using Macbook air with Airpods pro 2

Hello all:
As a Hearing aid user, am using my airpods pro2 as a hearing aid in my live giggs, so i can listen to my laptop + hearing my band to play with.
my issue is that , the transparency mode is not working like it works with IOs,
on IOS, i uploaded my Audio gram, and customize my Transparency mode to work as i need, but when i connect my airpods pro2 to my macbook, the transparency mode works like noise cancelation,
i tried to find a way to use it, but i failed, so, i couldn't use my Airpods pro2 in my last concert,
so, can anyone tell me how can i set the transparency mode as it is working on my ios with Airpods pro2?
