A few years ago I bought a Rivo 2, but then didn't use it. Now I'd like to do so. My unit has software 2.2, whereas the current version is 2.47. I have followed the directions but don't get the responses I'm supposed to get. I've written to the company and get no answer. Is there any assistance available for this scenario? I can obviously provide more information about my difficulties when appropriate. Thanks in advance.
