after IOS13.1 update, phone still makes 'bubble ' 'autocorrect ' noise

Please help?
after updating have noticed some improved stability with BSI on iphone, I have turned every single variant of predictive text I can think of off, apart from the, ' check spelling ' feature, but still, phone makes noises, when typing in BSI, like my phone has autocorrect/predictive text, switched on
I like to think of myself as fairly knowledgeable when it comes to VO on IOS, but please, someone tell me there's something I'm doing wrong?
