Hi all!
I have not updated or changed anything on my display or my phone but today when I tried to connect the display to my phone, the display wasn't recognizing my phone. reconnecting devices doesn't help and makes the terminal pretty much useless til I restart the device. I can't connect from the phone settings, and when I took the last resort of unpairing the two devices it won't repair again. Going to the display's options menu returns the message "no paired devices.” I'm on an iPhone 13, ios 26.1 and Brailliant BI 40X on latest version. any advice on how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thank you!

No Fun!
This does seem very problematic. I feel a call to Humanware may be in order.
In case you don't want to... My experience would be the troubleshooting will go along the lines of:
* First can you confirm that the iPhone's Bluetooth is working by connecting to another device such as headphones?
* Reboot iPhone. Reboot Brailliant.
* Check Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
* On Brailliant go to Terminal > Pair New Device.
* On iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth and look for the Brailliant.
* If this fails do a firmware reset on the Brailliant. I'm sorry I don't recall the steps but I believe you have to enter a diagnostic mode.
* After Brailliant reset do steps above.
* If that fails even more drastic, do a network settings reset on iPhone. In my opinion you really don't want to have to do this. Alternatively do you have another iOS device available just to do a test?
* Failing all of that there is probably something wrong with one of the devices. If the iPhone is otherwise working and especially can connect to other Bluetooth devices it is probably the Brailliant.
Thank you!
I left my display for a while then turned it off and on again andx started showing my iPhone again, which allowed me to properly unpair and re-pair it. Strange that it jneeded me to let it sit for a while LOL
