can’t connect braille note touch plus to iPhone SE, second generation in iOS 17 and iOS 18

So, you have probably heard of the brown note touch plus, right? If you haven’t, it is a braille device with a braille display, and you can get it with 18 braille cells or 32 rail cells. But, I have a big problem. And I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I got my brown note touch plus at around March or April, and it has had no updates since 2022, and may have not updated their braille drivers. But I was wondering, has iOS 17 and iOS 18 ditched the braille note drivers, because I can’t connect. I checked Macintosh HD on my MacBook, and there are still braille drivers for the braille note, but I don’t really know much about coding so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Mine is a brown out touch +32 cell, and he’s running soft, as it is. I am very sorry about the spelling in corrections, it’s iPhone dictation

I'm on iOS 17 and can connect fine. It's finnicky though, sometimes I have to turn bluetooth off then on, and sometimes I have to restart the entire device but... nope no issues here.

I was having the same issue at first. Try turning your phone off and back on. Before connecting your braillenote touch plus for the first time, mak sure you are already in terminal mode on the braillenote, then connect it from your phone. If you get a notification on the braillenote asking you to accept the pairing request, open that notification by pressing a coursor routing key, go to yes, and press enter.

I’ll try restarting my phone and hopefully that will work
