How to show a word in uncontracted under the cursor? And more.

So with nvda and jaws and probably orca too we can show the word under the cursor with routing keys as computer braille / uncontracted, when using a contraction table.
Can we do that with voiceover on mac/ios? I haven't found a way.
Also I still can't get exponents / indices in braille with this weird status cell trick, I have everything text style and etc checked in VO Utility.
