There is a problem with connecting braille displays in IOS 10.2. Typing is very slow and some letters just fail to come up. It's a real pain in the intimate part of the body.
Has anyone found a sollution for this?

Check the most recent contributions to Applevis. This was mentioned at length in an article put out by members of the Applevis team in an article that deals with the bugs in IOS10.2. Read the report on the release of this IOS as well as the comments below the article.

Hello to all!
I was very glad that a new update was released.
I use a focus blue braille device.
I updated my Phone emmidiately but,
i noticed tthat when typing in tekst, it was still slow. It is hard to make notes in a meeting when the letters goes on so slowly.
I tried to unpair my device and then pair it angian with my Phone, but the problem still exists.
Has anyone the same problem of does anyone know a sollution for this?

regards,
Ellen

Same issues here on my iPad Pro and three Braille devices; Brailliant2, BrailleSense U2 and BrailleSense U2 Mini. Very slow and many attempts to pair fail.

I don't want to come across as a no-it-all here. I will just say that the last time I had a problem with bluetooth I removed the device and then restarted my device. I then paired the device again and this resolved the problem. This is just what happened to me so your situation may be different.

Thank for your suggestion.
You see, waht i don't understand is why ios was perfectly working with my device up until they updated IOS from version 9 to 10.0.
I tried out your sollution, but like the other member says, it has problems with pairing to. Iáve got the impression that IOS 10..2.1 isn't an improvement with braille devices. That is I don't notice any difference.
Going to an Apple store with this problem doesn't work, because they are to specialized in these kind of problems. Does anyone noticed an improvement here for braille devices?
Regards,

Something basic seems to bediggerent there.

Today i met someone who didn't experience problems with his display. he had an iphone 5S E.
Now i am wondering if the problems that we experience are depending on the kind of Phone or ipad that someone is using. I muyself use a iphone 5S.I got two of these devieces and both iphens have the same problem.
Is this something that can be investigated by apple.
