Braille on Apple Products

Hello all,
I am using an iPhone 15 plus with either an orbit reader 20 or a NLS Humanware e-reader. What is a simple text editor on iOS that works well to edit text documents with either of these two displays?

If you look for a very simple plain text editor, I'd go for subtext. It can open txt files directly from the native files view and the text editing screen has only a few elements like an action menu for the opened file, a text field, redo, and undo. It can also create new files with the Create Document button in the files view.

For my keyboard I use Scrivener which I am not sure is good with a braille display, but can try that. With my braille display, to write long texts, I basically use the Apple Notes which has a lot of features. I like pages too which may be a little quirky with a braille display but it works.
