Accessible Body Camera that works with an iPhone

Does anyone know of an accessible body camera that can be used for the blind and vision impaired. Something like smartglasses or something that clips onto glasses, or a a lapel, and makes an audible sound when recording is turned on.
Would prefer IWireless/blutooth, but would really like something that can work with my iPhone 6.
I have had too many near misses in what are called 'shared zones' where cars and pedestrians interact on the same area. I have been told the only way to affect change is to report the incident to the local police, preferably with some sort of video evidence.
Thank you
