I have a Macbook Pro 2015, I have been having battery issues. On the extras menu I am told to service battery. The problem has been going on for a couple of months now. Does anyone know of a way I can trouble shoot this, or must I take the computer to be serviced?
Thanks

There's a couple of battery
There's a couple of battery apps that you can get that'll give you some good info in real time on what the battery is doing. Battery monitor is one of them. It'll give you info like the capacity of the battery in MAH, which is great for knowing how good the battery is. Another one I rarely use is coconut battery which is the same, just laid out differently. They provide the same info as battery monitor. I can't recommend these apps enough to people who are interested in finding out what the battery is doing.
If it is saying service battery, then it is probably bad however, and I'd recommend going to the apple store.
