Hi all,

Does anyone know how to put a Logitech K380 bluetooth keyboard in pairing mode so I can pair it with my phone? I upgraded to iOS 17.1.1 from 16.7 yesterday and now no bluetooth devices are showing in the bluetooth section on my phone.

f1 to f3 are the key keys

Here's the documentation. The "easy switch" keys it talks about are f1 through f3. In short:

  • hold f1 for three seconds or so
  • on your phone, open Settings > bluetooth and choose your keyboard
  • hold f2 or f3 if you want to pair with something else, such as a computer or iPad
  • when the keyboard is on, press f1, f2, or f3 for a second or two to switch to the device you paired when you used that button to enter pairing mode

thanks

That helps, I've been using this keyboard for a few years but I upgraded the OS yesterday and now the phone isn't recognizing it.

If the phone doesn’t recognise your keybaord.

It’s really important to remove the old pairing information for your keyboard from the Bluetooth section in settings before trying to re-pair. Make sure you have no K380 related keyboards in the list then try holding the F1 - F3 keys again. That should work.
