Okay, here is my problem. I recently up graded from a i phone 4S to a i phone 6 plus. I did this at the apple store and the sales rep backed up my apps and data from the old phone to i-cloud. He told me that I could use the old i-phone on wifi. When I got home and tried to record some voice notes on the old i-phone, voice over would not work. phone voice over would not w here are my questions: I do not have wifi at home right now, can I use the old i-phone as a stand alone device? The back up was done on battery power, if the battery level was to low at home would that stop voice over from working? Acording to a sighted friend the visual screen on the old phone works fine.I tried to use triple click home to turn voice over back on but nothing happened. Any helpful comments?

try turning the phone off and on again. This happened to me when upgrading from my 4s to 6 + this only happens once and shouldn't happen again. I hope this works for you
