Sharing audio whilst using a wired headset and mic?

I have a situation where a user wants to use a wired headset/mic combination in the jack and at the same time be able to share the audio with someone who is not wearing the headset. Any ideas? I tried wired and BT but one inactivates the other.

BTW they have a splitter but want to use BT and jack simultaneously.
