Sonos play:3 or Air play for iPhone

Hi every body! Have any one of you experience or using Sonos play 3 or Air play and compability/accessibility with iPhone and Voice over? I'm thinking to buy Sonos play 3 wireless music station for home mode. I know that Sonos also have an own application for iPhone to control Sonos playiing, if it is accessibility or not? or if you can give me tips what you recommended between Sonos play or Air play.
