USB to serial Cable with Mac OS Catalina-compatible Drivers?

Hi, all. My trusty Keyspan adapter is no longer supported. It's kind of complicated, because I have a patched version of Catalina on my late 2009 Mac Mini, which was a gift. I'm pretty sure it's USB 2.0, but would have to double-check. Anyway, for the drivers, I get an error message after installing that says the developers need to update the app to work with Catalina. You're going to laugh, but I still have a nicely-working steam-powered Braille Lite that I wouldn't mind transferring files to and from once in awhile. Does anyone have a cable that works with Catalina? Or maybe I should wait a bit and see if the Keyspan drivers are updated?

Thanks in advance for help!
