With the American baseball season about to start in a few weeks I was wondering if there were any accessible baseball games on iOS, tvOS, or the max? Using a controller would be a plus but not recommended. Can anybody suggest or recommend any accessible baseball games?

One option.
The only one I know of is on iOS and that's the Blindfold Home Run Derby.

Yeah that’s the only one that I am aware of as well. I do wish that inaccessible baseball game would come out. You know kind of like the soccer bus game where you can pick your players and your strategy for the season.
MLB Beat the Streak
Probably not quite the action type game you're looking for, MLB's Beat the Streak game has been accessible in past years. I've not heard if it will be back this season but I would imagine it will be.
